After many years of struggling with body image issues and roller coaster dieting (I have tried every diet out there and more) I have come to a healthy calm place of loving my body (I never thought that would be possible!) and knowing how to prepare foods that feel both nurturing and energizing. Working together, my clients become more aware of what they need to nourish their WHOLE SELF. It is the key to truly enjoy healthy eating and healthy living!
